About the Opportunity

Infinity Labs R&D is seeking outstanding graduates from STEM and other analytical scientific disciplines, including Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, and related fields, who are interested in building a career in software engineering. No prior coding or professional software development experience is required.

This opportunity begins with an intensive, full-time professional training program, fully funded by the company and provided at no cost to participants. Through hands-on projects in an environment that simulates real R&D teams, participants build the foundations required for modern software engineering, including software systems, architecture, cloud technologies, and AI-enabled development.

Successful participants may be considered for software engineering opportunities with leading technology companies upon completion of the program and successful professional evaluation.

What You Will Learn and Practice

Requirements

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in STEM or another analytical scientific discipline, including Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field, from a recognized institution.

• High level of English.

• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to learn complex concepts independently.

• Motivation to transition into software engineering and build a career in software development.

• Ability to commit to an intensive full-time program.

• No prior professional software development or coding experience required.
