Lead Full-Stack Engineer — Stealth AI Startup

We’re building a breakthrough AI company in stealth, backed by leading investors, with a working product and strong results with enterprise design partners.

We’re looking for an exceptional Lead Full-Stack Engineer to join our core team and take a leading hands-on role in building our AI-native platform.

You bring:

• Exceptional full-stack engineering capabilities

• Deep hands-on experience across frontend, backend, APIs and distributed systems

• Experience building with AI/LLMs and modern AI technologies

• Strong architecture and system-design capabilities

• Experience with complex, data-intensive production systems

• Ability to move extremely fast without compromising engineering quality

• High ownership, independence and exceptional problem-solving skills

• Experience in early-stage startups is a strong advantage

This is a largly hands-on role with significant technical ownership and influence over architecture, product and engineering practices.
