- At least 7 years of proven experience in technical leadership of complex software projects, including software architecture, test strategy, and end-to-end SDLC oversight from initiation to production
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse technical teams, provide professional solutions to technical challenges, and ensure quality control across teams
- High verbal communication skills and ability to author high-level technical documentation
- Ability to work with a wide variety of technologies, adaptability, and fast learning of new technologies or unfamiliar programming languages
- Proven experience in technical leadership of modernization and migration projects from legacy systems to modern platforms
- Experience working with core systems such as IBM Mainframe or Tandem (NonStop)
- Familiarity with Cobol programming language
- In-depth familiarity with at least one programming language: Python, .NET, C/C++, or JAVA

הגדרת התפקיד
לחברה פיננסית מובילה בישראל דרוש מוביל טכנולוגי וארכיטקט תוכנה, האחראי על הובלה טכנולוגית של
פרויקט הסבת אח ת ממערכות הליבה המרכזיות של החברה לפלטפורמה מודרנית . במסגרת תפקידו, עליו
להבטיח אינטגרציה מוצלחת עם מערכות נוספות בחברה, תוך התאמת הפתרון ל -Road Map הטכנולוגי
ולאסטרטגיה העסקית של החברה .
העבודה כוללת שיתוף פעולה צמוד עם צוות מנתחי מערכות , ארכיטקטי תוכנה, צוותי פיתוח פנימיים וספק
ההסבה החיצונ י, כאש ר בעל התפקיד משמש כחוליה מקשרת וכאוטוריטה טכנולוגית בין כלל הצוותים.
בנוס ף, עליו להוביל בקרת איכות של כל התוצרי ם בשלבי הפרויק ט השונים .
דרישות התפקיד

ניסיון מוכח של לפחו ת 7 שני ם בניהול טכנולוגי ש ל פרויקטי תוכנה מורכבי ם, כולל בניי ת ארכיטקטורת
תוכנה, פיתוח אסטרטגיית בדיקות וליווי תהליכי פיתו ח ובדיקות מהיזום ועד העלייה לייצור .
•
יכול ת מוכחת לעבוד בשיתוף פעולה עם צוותים טכנולוגיים מגוונים, מתן מענה מקצועי לאתגרים
טכנולוגיי ם בפרויקט וביצוע בקרה על איכות העבודה ש ל הצוותים .
•
כישורים וורבליים גבוהי ם ויכולת כתיבה של מסמכים טכנולוגיים ברמה גבוהה .
•
יכול ת עבודה עם מגוון רחב של טכנולוגיות , גמישות מחשבתית ולמידה מהירה של טכנולוגיות חדשות
או שפות תכנות שאינן מוכרות .
