Lumia Security- Office & Employee Experience Manager | Part-time (40-60%)

Who we are Lumia is an early-stage startup backed by Team8 and NewEra, working on some of the hardest problems in AI security. We're a small team based in Israel and abroad, and we work hard, laugh a lot and care about each other. Who we're looking for You're the person who notices that the coffee is running low, that someone's birthday is coming up and that the new hire's laptop hasn't arrived yet, and you fix all three before lunch. You're creative, independent and full of energy, and you'd rather build something from scratch than follow a playbook. This is a part-time role, with at least 2 days a week at our Tel Aviv office. There's room to grow with us, including the chance to join the HR team. What you'll do Keep the office running • Own our office space: rentals, maintenance and planning for what we'll need next • Manage equipment, supplies, vendors and budgets • Work with our IT provider so everyone has what they need Take care of our people • Run onboarding and offboarding, so people start well and leave well • Keep shared calendars, vacations and holidays organized • Support all our employees, in Israel and abroad, and be their go-to person for everyday needs Make it fun • Own gifts, swag and company celebrations • Organize and host company events in Israel, from team gatherings to larger special events • • Celebrate birthdays, Lumia-versaries and special occasions, and bring your own ideas

Requirements: Requirements • 2-3 years in a similar role, ideally at a startup or tech company • Excellent English is a must, along with fluent Hebrew • Very organized and good at juggling many things at once • Independent, motivated and open to new areas Nice to have • Background or education in HR • Experience with recruitment or supporting hiring processes • Experience working with HR or people systems
