Magnetic Engineer

A leading power‑supply company specializing in the development and production of standard and custom power supplies for military, civil aviation, and space applications is seeking a Magnetics Engineer . Job Description • Preparing manufacturing packages for magnetic components based on R&D designs as part of the NPI (New Product Introduction) process. • Maintaining, supporting, and improving existing production documentation for various types of coils. • Providing engineering solutions and technical support to subcontractors and manufacturers specializing in magnetics production (India, USA, Thailand). • Working in close collaboration with R&D, Engineering, and Production teams. • Initiating and leading process‑improvement activities, performing failure analyses, and driving cost‑reduction projects.

Requirements: • Education: B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering or Practical Electronics Engineer — must . • 4+ years of experience in NPI roles and providing technical/engineering support for electronic products — must . • Experience working with OrCAD — must . • Experience in designing and manufacturing magnetics components (Cores, Pot‑Cores, Line Transformers, etc.) — advantage . • Full proficiency in Hebrew and English (reading, writing, speaking). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office — must . • Experience working with Agile, Priority — advantage . • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. • Availability for a full‑time position.
