We are looking for an experienced COBOL / Mainframe Developer to join our next-generation core banking division. In this unique role, you will bridge the gap between traditional mission-critical banking systems and modern, distributed cloud architectures powered by advanced AI tools.

🎯 What you'll do: • Develop, maintain, and modernize critical core banking applications. • Build and support Online workflows using CICS & ESB. • Design and optimize Batch processes, write JCL, and utilize Mainframe utilities and REXX. • Work closely with DB2 and legacy data structures to ensure high performance and data integrity. • Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to analyze, refactor, and migrate legacy mainframe systems toward modern cloud-based solutions.

🔍 What we’re looking for: ✔️ 3+ years of hands-on COBOL development experience in a Mainframe (MF) environment. ✔️ Strong experience with Online environments (CICS, ESB). ✔️ Proven experience with Batch processing, JCL, Mainframe utilities, and REXX. ✔️ Solid background working with DB2 databases. ✔️ Strong familiarity with banking/financial business processes and workflows. ✔️ Analytical mindset with a passion for deep investigations and modernization challenges.
