Management Information Systems Manager

COMBLACK is looking for an experienced AS400 Systems Analyst & Project Manager!

The role combines systems analysis, project and task management, and professional leadership of AS400 developers, with a focus on HR and organizational systems. You’ll be responsible for requirements analysis, technical and business specifications, complex troubleshooting, and coordinating interfaces across infrastructure, information security, and QA teams.

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience in Systems Analysis in an AS400 environment, preferably within HR or organizational systems

• 4+ years of experience providing professional leadership and managing AS400 development teams

• Experience gathering requirements and writing technical and business specifications

• Experience managing complex issues, project scope, tasks, and timelines

• Experience implementing large-scale systems and coordinating integrations across multiple platforms

• Experience working closely with Infrastructure and Information Security teams

• Relevant academic degree / practical engineering qualification, or equivalent professional experience
