Manual QA Engineer – Digital, Web & Mobile

We are looking for an experienced Manual QA Engineer to join our team and take part in testing complex digital and engineering systems across Web and Mobile platforms.

Responsibilitie

• Perform manual testing in Digital, Web, and Mobile environment

• Execute sanity, functional, regression, UI, GUI, and client-side test

• Perform End-to-End, integration, interface, acceptance, configuration, load, and stress testin

• Write and maintain test scenarios and test documentation (STD)

• Perform IVR testing

• Test interfaces and integrations between systems

• Work with engineering systems – mandatory experience

Requiremen

• Proven experience in manual QA testing in Digital, Web, and Mobile environments - Must

• Experience with engineering systems - Must

• Experience with SQL - Must

• Hands-on experience with engineering-focused testing Engineering - Must

• Experience testing IVR systems - Must

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems - Must

• Experience using JIRA for test management, bug tracking, and task tracking - Must

• Familiarity with testing tools such as SoapUI and Postman - Must

• Background in telecommunications companies – advantage
