Manual QA Engineer - Financial Core Systems

Join a nationwide organization providing financial, digital, and logistics services to millions of customers,and take part in delivering complex technology projects within the financial and digital services domain. We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer, working on complex financial core systems in an IBM Mainframe environment. The role includes designing and executing comprehensive manual tests, analyzing system processes, validating data, and working closely with Development, System Analysis, and Operations teams.

What You'll Do:

• Write and execute test scenarios for complex financial core systems.

• Perform manual testing of Batch and Online (CICS) processes.

• Validate data using SQL queries and work hands-on with databases.

• Analyze system processes based on business requirements and technical specifications.

• Perform UI, Sanity, Regression, and End-to-End testing.

• Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating with Development, System Analysis, and Operations teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Manual QA - Must

• Hands-on experience working in an IBM Mainframe (MF) environment - Must

• Experience writing and executing SQL queries and working with databases - Must

• Graduate of a professional Software Testing/QA course - Must

• Experience writing test scenarios and testing Batch and Online processes - Must

• Experience performing Sanity, Regression, and End-to-End testing - Must

• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or Swagger - Advantage

• Previous experience in a financial or banking organization - Advantage

• ISTQB certification - Advantage
