Manual QA Engineer

Join a nationwide organization providing financial, digital, and logistics services to millions of customers,and take part in delivering complex technology projects within the financial and digital services domain. We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to take part in testing complex digital and financial systems across Web and Mobile platforms. The role includes end-to-end testing, API and database validation, and close collaboration with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

• Perform manual testing for digital Web and Mobile systems.

• Design and execute test scenarios and STD documentation.

• Perform end-to-end (E2E) testing across complex business flows.

• Test REST APIs using Postman or similar tools.

• Validate data and perform database testing using SQL.

• Document, track, and investigate defects throughout the development lifecycle.

• Work closely with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Manual QA experience in financial systems - Must

• Experience writing test scenarios (STD) and documenting defects - Must

• Experience testing Web and Mobile applications - Must

• Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools - Must

• Experience working with databases and writing SQL queries - Must

• Experience performing E2E testing - Must

• Experience testing digital platforms - Must

• Experience working in an Agile environment - Must

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Monday.com

• Experience with test automation - Significant advantage

• Experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks - Advantage

• Knowledge of C# or JavaScript/TypeScript - Advantage
