Operations & Manufacturing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations & Manufacturing Manager to lead production operations and drive manufacturing excellence in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production operations, teams, and KPIs.

• Lead NPI, production readiness, and product transfers from R&D to manufacturing.

• Drive manufacturing process development, RCA, and continuous improvement.

• Manage production equipment, tools, fixtures, and test infrastructure.

• Lead the transition from in-house manufacturing to Contract Manufacturing (CM) and support high-volume production ramp-up.

• Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure production readiness.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• BSc in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing or operations management, including direct management of production technicians and line operations.

• Proven track record leading NPI builds and the transfer of new products from R&D to production.

• Hands-on experience ramping Contract Manufacturers (CM) for high-volume production, including process transfer and manufacturing readiness.

• Strong background in manufacturing process development, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma is a plus).

• Experience owning manufacturing documentation, ECO processes, and work instructions.

• Familiarity with ESD control, safety practices, and quality/regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, or equivalent).

• Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Experience in RF, radar, semiconductor, or complex electronics manufacturing is a strong advantage.
