Position Overview

The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for the precise assembly of mechanical medical devices in an ISO 7 cleanroom environment, following approved work instructions and quality standards. The role requires strong technical aptitude, excellent manual dexterity, and a high level of attention to detail to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform precise mechanical assembly tasks according to detailed work instructions

• Work in an ISO7 cleanroom environment

• Operate under a microscope during production processes

• Complete production documentation and forms accurately

• Support manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality product output

• Report to the Production Manager

Requirements

• Experience in mechanical assembly (medical device industry – an advantage)

• Strong technical aptitude and excellent fine motor skills

• Proven experience working in an ISO7 cleanroom environment

• High level of precision, consistency, and attention to detail

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under a microscope

• Good command of English (reading and writing)

• Experience in welding – a significant advantage

• Willingness to work evening shifts
