Marketing Automation Specialist

Our Data Marketing team at BDO Digital is growing, and we're looking for the right person to join us.

What will you do?

• Lead processes, manage tasks, and execute data-driven marketing plans

• Plan and implement Customer Journeys, campaigns, and marketing automation

• Work closely with clients and internal teams across Digital, Data, and Content

• Monitor performance, analyze results, optimize processes, and manage timelines

• Turn data and technology into meaningful marketing experiences

What are we looking for?

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong marketing mindset – a must

• High motivation and willingness to learn and grow professionally – a must

• Technological orientation, self-learning capabilities, and excellent organizational skills – a must

• High-level English – a must

• Previous experience in marketing, project management, or e-commerce – an advantage
