Marketing Data & AI Analyst

What You'll Do:

• Build and run AI agents and AI-based workflows independently, to produce data, insights, and recommendations for the division.

• Write and refine prompts for AI tools, translating business questions into working solutions.

• Lead cross-organizational projects aimed at increasing revenue and improving the customer experience, working with commerce, contact centers, and customer service interfaces.

• Present findings and drive initiatives forward with stakeholders across the organization, including senior management.

Requirements:

• Up to 3 years of experience- Must

• Hands-on experience building and working with AI agents and agentic tools- Must

• Practical experience working with AI tools and writing prompts to deliver working outputs- Must

• Ability to analyze data, extract business insights, and drive conclusions independently (experience with SQL / BI tools / Claude / LLM workflows- Must

• Strong business orientation with a genuine interest in marketing and business domains- Must

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with many interfaces across a large organization, pushing initiatives forward and navigating an organizational landscape

• Ability to manage many tasks in parallel and work at a fast pace with a short time to market
