Marketing Designer

We’re looking for a Marketing Designer who can own their work end-to-end, think beyond the brief, and take responsibility for the impact - not just the output. Requirements: • 3-5 years of experience in a digital/advertising agency - strong advantage • High proficiency in Adobe design tools (Photoshop - must) • Experience with Illustrator, InDesign, Figma - an advantageExperience with After Effects / Premiere (video editing) - an advantage • Curious mindset about AI tools such as Firefly, Midjourney, Sora, Ideogram - and whatever comes out tomorrow • Ability to take ownership and lead creative processes • Strong understanding of performance-driven creative and marketing impact • Solid understanding of media, social, digital and everything in between- what works, what sticks, what drives action • Strong ability to work fast and efficiently while maintaining high aesthetic standards • Native-level Hebrew – mandatory, for ongoing work with Israeli clients and within a fully Hebrew-speaking work environment.
