Marketing & Digital Project Manager

A leading organization is looking for a Marketing & Digital Project Manager to lead strategic and technological processes across marketing, sales, and customer service operations.

The role includes end-to-end ownership of Digital, Web, and CRM projects, from planning and requirements definition through implementation, go-live, and ongoing monitoring.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience managing Marketing, Digital, and Web projects – mandatory.

• Experience writing functional specifications and understanding technical specifications – mandatory.

• Deep understanding of business processes in marketing, sales, lead management, and customer service.

• Extensive experience with IBM Unica – a significant advantage.

• Experience leading system upgrades and end-to-end system migrations- a significant advantage

• Strong ability to identify needs, define requirements, translate business needs into technological solutions, and provide continuous project oversight.
