Planning & Material Management Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Managing and mentoring a planning & material team

• Running MRP and managing work orders

• Material planning, inventory control, shortage handling

• Scheduling production lines and monitoring material flow

• Working with procurement, warehouse, engineering, suppliers & subcontractors

Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree – mandatory

• Managerial experience – mandatory

• 2+ years in planning/material management

• Material management, inventory control & production planning experience

• Knowledge of warehouse & procurement processes

• ERP experience – Priority mandatory

• Familiarity with engineering processes & configuration management

• High‑level English

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment under pressure

Additional Requirements:

• Experience closing bulk/blanket orders

• Costing management experience

• Responsible for generating MRP runs (not only analysis)

• Warehouse management experience

• Responsibility for annual inventory counts + interaction with auditors
