Materials & Logistics Specialist

A growing medical device company is looking for a Materials & Logistics Materials & Logistics Specialist for a broad, hands-on role with end-to-end responsibility for the company's materials and logistics operations.

Location: Central Tel Aviv – not within walking distance of a train station

What does the role involve?

• Planning and controlling materials based on production plans, demand, and inventory levels, including working with MRP/ERP systems.

• Executing purchasing activities, managing purchase orders, and following up with suppliers and contract manufacturers.

• Direct responsibility for inventory and warehouse operations, including receiving materials, counting, storage, picking, packing, and preparing shipments.

• Coordinating domestic and international shipments and handling import/export processes, customs documentation, Incoterms, and international logistics.

• Managing returns and Reverse Logistics, while working closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Sales, Customer Support, and external service providers.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management / Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field.

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in materials planning, purchasing, logistics, inventory management, or manufacturing operations.

• Experience working with MRP/ERP systems, creating and managing Purchase Orders (POs), and following up with suppliers.

• Experience in inventory management and hands-on warehouse operations.

• Experience with domestic and international shipments and with import/export processes, Incoterms, and customs documentation.

• Experience with Reverse Logistics, returns, RMA, or supplier returns – an advantage.

• Excellent English – mandatory, both written and spoken, for ongoing communication with international suppliers, customers, and business partners.
