- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering
- 4+ years of hands-on mechanical design experience
- Proven experience designing mechanical parts and assemblies from concept to production
- Strong understanding of mechanical loads, tolerances, fits, materials, and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency with 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks, NX, CATIA, or similar)
- Experience with rotating machinery, turbomachinery, or high-speed mechanical systems
- Experience with shafts, bearings, power transmission, or gear systems
- Knowledge of GD&T and precision mechanical design
- Experience with CNC machining, sheet metal, and additive manufacturing
- Familiarity with fluid mechanics, thermal systems, or fluid-flow components

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer who wants to take real ownership of challenging hardware - from concept and detailed design through manufacturing, assembly, testing, and design iteration.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys solving real mechanical problems, working close to the hardware, and seeing designs come to life.
๐ง What Youโll Do โข Mechanical design and development of micro-turbines and high-speed rotating systems
โข Design of shafts, housings, bearing arrangements, seals, interfaces, and precision mechanical components
โข Develop mechanical assemblies from concept through detailed design and production release
โข Perform engineering trade-offs involving loads, tolerances, materials, weight, durability, cost, and manufacturability
โข Prepare manufacturing drawings, GD&T, and design documentation
โข Work closely with manufacturing, assembly, and test teams
โข Support prototype builds, testing, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and rapid design iterations
โข Take ownership of mechanical subsystems and drive them from design to validated hardware
๐ฏ Requirements โข B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering
โข 4+ years of hands-on mechanical design experience
โข Proven experience designing mechanical parts and assemblies from concept to production
โข Strong understanding of mechanical loads, tolerances, fits, materials, and manufacturing processes
โข Proficiency with 3D CAD tools such as SolidWorks, NX, CATIA, or similar
โข Ability and willingness to work across CAD, workshop, assembly, and test environments
โข Strong engineering problem-solving skills and a high level of ownership
โข Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup R&D environment
โข Good technical English
