Job Description:

• Manage a team of Project Managers, Systems Analysts, and Product Managers.

• Take overall responsibility for the community and clinic clinical system, including system availability and maintenance.

• Manage and ensure execution of annual, quarterly, and monthly work plans.

• Manage the department's budget, including personnel and vendors.

• Lead the initiation, specification, and development of innovative and breakthrough solutions.

• Monitor activities, analyze trends, and provide updates regarding products and projects.

• Manage a team of Project Managers and Systems Analysts, including prioritizing tasks and development activities with vendors, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant academic/professional education.

• At least 6 years of experience in Product Management, including at least 3 years of experience managing complex products.

• At least 5 years of significant management experience in Information Systems, including experience managing managers.

• Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-organizational, and strategic projects.

• Hands-on experience with Agile management – an advantage.

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare information systems – an advantage.
