Microsoft Security 365 Consultant

Deloitte Israel is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Security Senior Consultant to join its Cyber & Cloud Security practice. In this role, you will help enterprise clients enhance their security posture, modernize endpoint management, and implement Microsoft security solutions across identity, endpoint, compliance, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support enterprise clients in Microsoft 365 security transformation initiatives.

• Design and implement cloud security, endpoint security, identity, and compliance solutions.

• Advise clients on cyber risk reduction and security best practices across the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Drive endpoint management and modernization projects using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.

• Support migrations from legacy or third-party security tools to Microsoft security solutions.

• Improve endpoint visibility, compliance, governance, and cloud-based device management.

• Translate business and security requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders, architects, and project teams throughout solution delivery.

• Participate in solution design, technical workshops, and strategic security assessments.

• Work with Microsoft security technologies including Intune, Defender, Entra ID, Purview, and related platforms.

Requirements

• High level of English proficiency.

• 3+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution design, architecture, and client-facing advisory roles.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (mandatory).

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 enterprise environments.

• Experience with several of the following technologies:

• Microsoft Intune

• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

• Microsoft Teams

• OneDrive for Business

• Exchange Online

• Microsoft Entra ID

• SharePoint Online

• Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Administration & Implementation

Preferred Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on technical and project experience with at least two of the following:

• SCCM

• GPO Policy Migration

• Microsoft Endpoint Security Platforms

• Microsoft Sentinel

• Defender for Office 365

• Microsoft Purview

• Microsoft Entra ID

• Defender for Cloud Apps

• Microsoft Defender XDR

• Defender Vulnerability Management
