About the Role

A leading healthcare organization in Central Israel is looking for a Mobile Developer (Android & Flutter) to join its Mobile Development team.

In this role, you'll develop and maintain modern mobile applications, build new features, enhance existing capabilities, and work with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative development environment. You'll partner with Product, UX/UI, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions while leveraging AI tools to streamline development processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android and Flutter applications.

• Design and implement new features and improve existing functionality.

• Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.

• Develop Unit Tests and contribute to code quality.

• Analyze and optimize application performance.

• Utilize AI-powered development tools to improve productivity.

• Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, and Development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to application architecture and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience developing mobile applications.

• 3+ years of Android development experience using Kotlin and Java.

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Flutter.

• Experience using AI development tools or AI-powered coding assistants – an advantage.

• Understanding of mobile application architecture and modern development practices.

• Experience writing Unit Tests.

• Experience working with Git.
