Mobile Manager

We are hiring: Mobile / Android Tech Lead for a leading financial organization!

Role Overview: Providing technological leadership and managing mobile development teams (Android & iOS), building advanced Native applications, designing system architecture, working in an Agile environment, integrating with Backend systems, and leading end-to-end development lifecycles.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Android development (Kotlin / Java) – Mandatory

• Experience with Android Studio, Jetpack Compose, ViewModel, and LiveData

• Experience working with REST APIs / GraphQL

• Solid understanding of MVVM / Clean Architecture / MVP patterns

• At least 2 years of experience leading/managing software development teams

• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions)

Advantages:

• Experience in Cloud development and Backend integration

• Experience with Unit and Integration Testing

• Experience with Retrofit, Dagger / Hilt, and RxJava

• Familiarity with Firebase, Room, and Google Play Services
