About the role:

• Perform complex analyses of business processes, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations for improvement.

• Responsible for monitoring and controlling the implementation of predictive and decision models through report creation and generation.

• Develop and implement predictive and decision models by leveraging available data sources and quantitative research methods.

• Design and execute testing frameworks for decision-making logic and manage issues accordingly.

• Manage documentation systems for models (predictive and decision) and track change logs.

Requirements:

• Academic degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering and Management / Information Systems, etc.).

• At least 3 years of practical experience writing complex SQL queries.

• Training, understanding, and experience in developing and implementing predictive models and/or Predictive Analytics.

• Hands-on experience analyzing complex processes with attention to detail and thoroughness.

• Experience in developing Visual Analytics using tools such as Tableau.

• Assertiveness, ability to lead, and work with multiple interfaces.
