As a team lead you will sit at the very core of Papaya's business, play a crucial role in driving revenue growth while elevating the overall games experience for our players.
Requirements: • 4+ years of experience in the mobile gaming industry. • Prior experience in a leadership or management role. • Proven analytical competencies: good understanding of data and trends. We're a data-driven company and while deep technical data analysis will be supported by our Analytics team, you should be comfortable using data to inform decisions. • Strong English written/verbal communication skills. • A focus on consumer behavior in digital entertainment/games – an advantage. • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Management, or Business Administration. Soft Skills Requirements: • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team. • Thrive in an environment of a fast-growing startup. • Can-do approach and ability to make things happen. • Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations. • A true passion for understanding consumers’ social gaming behavior.
