The Role: Motion Designer – After Effects

We're looking for a Motion Designer who can take an idea from a simple brief all the way to a finished, high-impact video. Someone who combines creativity, motion design, and AI-powered workflows to produce content that people actually stop to watch.

If you're passionate about motion graphics, visual storytelling, and experimenting with the latest creative technologies, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Turn creative briefs into compelling concepts and finished video content.

• Design and animate high-quality motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.

• Edit engaging video content using Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Leverage AI-powered creative tools to accelerate production and unlock new creative possibilities.

• Enhance AI-generated visuals using tools like Magnific and other emerging technologies.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Social teams to create campaigns across multiple digital channels.

• Produce fast-moving, high-quality creative assets without compromising visual excellence.

• Stay ahead of design, animation, AI, and social media trends to continuously improve creative output.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer or Video Creator.

• Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects with the ability to build animations from scratch.

• Solid experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools for video creation and creative production.

• Familiarity with tools like Magnific to enhance AI-generated assets.

• Strong creative thinking and the ability to transform ideas into compelling visual stories.

• Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for continuously learning new creative technologies.

• Ability to work quickly while maintaining exceptional creative quality.
