Network Engineer

Network Engineer | Leading Defense Organization | Shfela Area

A leading defense organization in the Shfela area is looking for a Network Engineer to join a team responsible for complex enterprise network infrastructure.

The role combines network infrastructure design and optimization, NAC and monitoring systems administration, advanced troubleshooting, and technical support for projects throughout their lifecycle – from planning and testing to infrastructure deployment and delivery.

What You'll Do

• Define and implement tools and processes to improve enterprise network infrastructure

• Support System Engineers and Project Managers on networking and infrastructure requirements

• Troubleshoot network issues, bottlenecks, and performance problems

• Define integrations between network management and monitoring tools and enterprise systems

• Administer NAC solutions at the System Administrator level

• Support projects from planning and testing through infrastructure deployment and delivery

• Provide Tier 2 support for complex networking incidents

• Configure and manage network connectivity across organizational facilities

• Define and enforce procedures for software updates, switch hardening, and monitoring tools

What We're Looking For

• Relevant professional certification in Networking, Engineering, Software, or a related technical field – required

• Professional hands-on networking experience – required

• High proficiency in both Hebrew and English

• Scripting experience – an advantage

• Experience with network monitoring and management tools – an advantage

• Experience with NAC and IMC – an advantage

• Experience with network infrastructure and switch hardening – an advantage

• Level 1 security clearance – an advantage
