Job Description

• Join the NOC team at a large organization.

• Provide ongoing support, operation, and monitoring of the organization's IT systems on a 24/6 shift basis.

• Monitor, diagnose, and handle alerts and incidents, including initial diagnosis, troubleshooting, and escalation to the appropriate team when required.

• Manage and provision user access and permissions across various organizational systems.

• Perform ongoing operation and monitoring of the organization's backup systems.

• Coordinate and monitor planned system downtimes and upgrades with internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage and coordinate critical incidents, involving and coordinating relevant internal and external teams.

Job Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in a large organization in a NOC, System Administrator, or Help Desk role.

• Knowledge and experience with Windows/Linux operating systems, server hardware, Office 365, and Active Directory.

• Knowledge and experience with virtualization environments, including Hyper-V / VMware.

• Experience working with monitoring/control systems and backup systems.

• Experience working with ServiceNow – Advantage.

• Willingness to work night and weekend shifts – Mandatory (at least twice a week).
