Network Technician | Be'er Sheva | 3–4 Month Project

Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Network Technician for a large-scale network switch replacement project at a leading organization in Be'er Sheva

Responsibilities

Remove and install network switches in communication cabinets

Map and label ports and reconnect cabling

Configure VLANs and ports according to existing configurations

Perform connectivity and functionality tests after switch replacement

Work with VLAN, Trunk, Access, SSH, network switches, and IP phones

Receive professional training and guidance throughout the project

Requirements

Ability to perform physical switch installation, removal, and cabling

Knowledge of port mapping, VLAN configuration, and port assignment

Ability to read configuration files and identify Access and Trunk ports

Ability to test network connectivity, SSH, VLAN, Trunk, and IP phones

Ability to troubleshoot network issues in real time
