A leading insurance company in Central Israel is looking for an experienced NOC Analyst to join a complex Enterprise environment and take an active role in infrastructure monitoring, incident investigation, log analysis, and troubleshooting across Cloud and On Premises environments.
This role is ideal for an experienced NOC professional with strong infrastructure knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and hands on Splunk experience.
What You'll Do
• Monitor enterprise systems and infrastructure and identify operational incidents
• Investigate incidents and analyze logs using Splunk
• Write SPL queries and build dashboards for monitoring and analysis
• Work across hybrid environments combining AWS, Azure, and On Premises infrastructure
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues across Windows and Linux environments
• Work with VMware and Nutanix virtualization infrastructure
• Investigate Active Directory related issues
• Work with Group Policy, DNS, and Kerberos
• Support Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity processes
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of experience working with monitoring systems, required
• 2+ years of hands on Splunk experience, including SPL queries, dashboards, and log analysis, required
• Experience working in hybrid environments combining AWS, Azure, and On Premises infrastructure
• Experience with Windows and Linux environments
• Experience with VMware and Nutanix
• Strong understanding of Active Directory architecture, including Group Policy, DNS, and Kerberos
• Understanding of resiliency and replication mechanisms, with experience in DR and failover processes
