A leading organization in the Shfela area is looking for an experienced NOC Operator to join the team responsible for the continuous monitoring and operation of the organization's core IT systems.

The role includes real-time system monitoring, identifying operational issues, performing initial troubleshooting, and escalating incidents to the relevant technical teams.

What You'll Do

• Continuously monitor core IT systems and processes

• Ensure systems and scheduled processes are running properly

• Identify incidents and system failures in real time

• Perform initial Level 1 troubleshooting

• Monitor system availability and operational continuity

• Operate enterprise computing systems in a 24/7 environment

• Escalate incidents to the appropriate technical teams

• Support the continuous operation of critical IT environments

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a NOC Operator / NOC Analyst or Computer Operator – required

• Experience with system monitoring and initial troubleshooting

• Availability for 24/7 shifts, including nights and weekends – required

• Experience operating enterprise or central computing systems – an advantage

• Mainframe (MF) experience – an advantage

• Familiarity with IT infrastructure – an advantage
