Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a NOC Specialist for a financial organization in the Shfela area

Responsibilities

Monitor processes and jobs across multiple computing platforms

Monitor systems using control and monitoring tools

Support vault users and banking representatives

Work with application and infrastructure teams

Set up and operate vaults

Monitor incoming and outgoing file transfers

Write and update operational procedures for the vault team

Train and onboard new employees on file transfer processes

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Computer Operator or NOC Specialist in a Windows environment – mandatory

Knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel

Familiarity with CyberArk and GoAnywhere – advantage

Knowledge of Tivoli, Kibana, and Elastic – advantage

Familiarity with Z/OS MVS, JCL, and Control-M MF – advantage

Knowledge of Active Directory, CMDB, and ServiceNow – advantage
