Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Backend Engineer, joining the core R&D group to design, build, and scale mission-critical backend services powering high-throughput transactional flows.

• Taking complete end-to-end ownership of software components across the entire development lifecycle, from technical design through production deployment and monitoring.

• Architecting and developing low-latency, highly available cloud microservices primarily in Node.js and TypeScript.

• Deploying and operating resilient backend services within containerized AWS (Docker) environments and automated CI/CD (Jenkins) pipelines.

• Designing and optimizing database schemas, queries, and data workflows using MongoDB to support massive transaction scale.

• Playing an active role in shaping core system architecture, code craftsmanship, and engineering best practices across the team.

Requirements

• 5 years of proven hands-on experience in Backend software development – Mandatory

• Extensive, production-proven development experience in Node.js – Mandatory

• Strong proficiency and hands-on experience developing in TypeScript – Mandatory

• Hands-on experience developing and deploying services in Cloud environments (AWS) – Mandatory

• Solid background working with NoSQL databases (specifically MongoDB) – Mandatory

• Proven experience with Docker and CI/CD automation pipelines (Jenkins, etc.) – Advantage

• Industry experience in FinTech, Payment Gateways, High-Throughput Transactional Systems, or Gaming infrastructure – Significant Advantage
