Observability & Monitoring & Control Systems Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Observability & Monitoring & Control Systems Engineer

The role focuses on the development, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise monitoring and control systems, with strong emphasis on automation, observability, scripting, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and improve enterprise monitoring and control systems

• Develop and automate monitoring and control processes

• Write scripts and tools for monitoring, troubleshooting, and process optimization

• Build and maintain dashboards, alerts, reports, and monitoring capabilities

• Integrate monitoring and observability platforms with enterprise systems

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify root causes

• Work closely with Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, and Application teams

• Operate in a complex, multi-system enterprise environment

• Drive monitoring and observability initiatives from concept through implementation

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Control & Monitoring / Monitoring Systems : Grafana, Nimsoft / CA UIM, XPLG, Spectrum - Must

• Proven experience implementing, operating, and maintaining enterprise monitoring platforms - Must

• Hands-on scripting or coding experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash or similar - Must

• Experience working with Windows and/or Linux environments - Must

• Experience with Modern Observability and Monitoring platforms - Must

• Experience APIs and Web Services

• Databases and data-driven monitoring - Advantage

• Docker and Kubernetes - Advantage

• AWS Cloud - Advantage
