About the Role: We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and service-oriented Office & Facilities Specialist to play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our Israel office across five floors. This is a front-desk-based position. As part of our Global Employee Experience & Workplace team, you will own the day-to-day reception and guest experience while also taking end-to-end responsibility for broader workplace operations, including facilities, inventory, and vendor management. This is a hands-on role that requires being present and visible at the reception desk while ensuring the entire site runs smoothly and efficiently. You will also continuously identify opportunities to improve workplace processes and employee experience through technology, automation, and AI tools. *** This position requires on-site presence 4 days per week. ***

Requirements: What you need to succeed in this role: • 2+ years of relevant experience in office management, including hands-on facilities management experience. • High proficiency and fluency in English (written and verbal) for collaboration with global teams and stakeholders. • Proven experience managing facilities ticketing systems, inventory management, and vendor logistics. • A proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills. • Familiarity or interest in leveraging technology, process automation, and AI tools to streamline everyday operations.
