תיאור התפקיד:

אנו מחפשים מפעיל/ה לצוות תחנה המונה כ 20 עובדים שמחציתם מפעילים/ות.

המפעיל יחלק את יומו בין ישיבה בחדר הבקרה לבחינת מדדים במערכות השונות לבין יציאה לאתר עצמו, סיור בתחנה וביצוע משימות שונות.

אנו מחפשים אדם שמחפש/ת עבודה לטווח ארוך, מוצא/ת שתחום האנרגיה מרתק, אוהב/ת לעבוד בצוות ובמשמרות, אדם שמחפש/ת את הבית השני שלו.

העבודה כוללת:

• סיורים באתר עצמו לרבות עלייה במדרגות צפות וכמו כן ישיבה בחדר הבקרה לצפייה במסכים.

• באחריות המפעיל/ה לעקוב על תהליכים שונים המתבטאים בחדר הבקרה

• העבודה מחולקת באופן כללי ל- 30% שהות בחדר הבקרה ומעקב אחריי מדדים ובקרים במערכות השונות,

• וכן 70% סיורים באתר התחנה, מעקב אחר צ'ק ליסט למשימות השונות, ביצוע בדיקות ודגימות שונות ברחבי התחנה.

• אחריות לביצוע פרוצדורות טכניות שונות, הכוללות ניתוח מידע ועריכת דוחות על בסיס המידע שנאסף.

• יכולת לעבודת צוות הכוללת שיתוף מידע ועדכונים שוטפים. יודגש כי התפקיד תחת ראש צוות.

• ביצוע עבודות אחזקה בסיסיות הקשורות למתקן עצמו

• הגעה עצמאית: יש לקחת בחשבון כי נדרש להגיע לתחנה באופן עצמאי, מאחר ואין תחבורה ציבורית לאזור.

• יכולת עבודה בגובה: בתחנה סולמות ומדרגות צפים רבים. נדרש טיפוס בעת הסיורים השוטפים.

• משמרות: יום ולילה הכוללות עבודה בשבתות וחגים – חובה.

דרישות התפקיד:

• השכלה טכנולוגית: לימודים טכנולוגיים בתחומים כמו חשמל, מכונות, מכנטרוניקה, מכשור, כימיה או אלקטרוניקה - יתרון.

• ניסיון בעבודה במשמרות – חובה.

• ניסיון קודם: ניסיון כמפעיל/ה או ראש/ת צוות הפעלה במפעלים תהליכיים או תחנות כוח - יתרון.

• ניסיון בתחום טורבינות: ניסיון בטורבינות גז, קיטור, משאבות, גנראטורים או מדחסי אוויר - יתרון.

• נדרש ידע טכני קודם, לרבות ניסיון אישי.

• תעודת מסיק דוודים: יתרון.

• היכרות עם מערכות DCS : הכרות עם מערכות מחשוב ומידע תהליכי.

• שליטה בתוכנות ה -Office : עבודה בסביבה ממוחשבת עם שליטה בסיסית בתוכנות Office ומערכות מידע טכניות.

• אנגלית: רמה טובה באנגלית, בדגש על קריאה ודיבור. יודגש כי הנושא ייבדק בראיון.

• קריאת שרטוטים: יכולת קריאת שרטוטים, תרשימי תהליך ומפרט טכני.

How to contribute to our vision

This role is a replacement to ensure business continuity within the Operations & Maintenance team at the Sorek (Distributed) power plant in Israel. As a Specialist Para-Professional (S4), this position is essential for maintaining the safe and efficient operation of the facility. To achieve this, the role focuses on two core areas: direct supervision and coordination of the operations technician team, and hands-on technical operation and maintenance of critical power plant systems. This structure ensures both leadership on the ground and expert-level technical contribution. Given the focus on team leadership and complex technical problem-solving, the ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of power plant systems, extensive experience in equipment maintenance, and proven ability to train and lead junior employees. A relevant vocational education is highly desirable.

What You Need To Make a Difference

• 40% Team Supervision and Coordination

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the operations technician team to ensure operational targets are met.

• Train, delegate tasks to, and review the work of lower-level technicians, providing guidance on non-routine situations.

• Serve as the primary operational lead, managing shift handovers and ensuring adherence to procedures.

• Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the technical team.

• 40% Power Plant Systems Operation & Maintenance

• Monitor, diagnose, and repair complex issues on power plant instrumentation, control systems, and electrical equipment like switchgear and transformers.

• Perform and oversee corrective and preventive maintenance on key mechanical systems, including steam turbines, boilers, and heat exchangers.

• Ensure all power generation activities and equipment operation comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

• Operate control panels to monitor plant processes and ensure system stability and efficiency.

• 20% Documentation and Quality Control

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, operational logs, and equipment inspections.

• Uphold quality control standards for all repairs and maintenance work performed by the team.

• Prepare service reports and contribute data for performance analysis and process improvement initiatives.

Certifications

• Relevant Electrician License valid in Israel (e.g., High Voltage)

• Stationary Engineer License or equivalent power plant operator certification

Education

• Vocational training, associate's degree, or equivalent in a relevant technical field (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation).

• Extensive work experience in power plant operations and maintenance.

• Demonstrated experience in a role involving the training, delegation, and review of work for other technicians.
