Operational Excellence Engineer

About the Role

The Lead will be responsible for driving end-to-end cost savings and operational improvement projects, identifying process improvement opportunities, and supporting their implementation across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cost savings and operational improvement projects

• Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation

• Manage employee suggestion mechanism / Kaizen in the organization

• Implement and promote OpEx tools and methodologies (5S, Gemba, Problem Solving, Lean)

• Monitor and analyze performance indicators and operational performance indicators

• Lead root cause analysis and support corrective actions

• Work closely with managers and employees to promote engagement and a culture of continuous improvement

• Conduct training and improvement workshops

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or other relevant engineering degree

• 3-5 years of experience in operational excellence / continuous improvement / project management roles in industrial environments

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in OpEx tools and methodologies

Preferred Skills

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles
