Operational Intelligence Analyst Team Lead

Paragon is a fast-growing cyber intelligence company that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. It’s a young, innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel Aviv. We are looking for an Operational Intelligence Analyst Team Lead who will be a member of the Business Operations group. The Operational Intelligence Analyst Team is responsible for delivering intelligence that strengthens the company’s operational infrastructure. This role involves leading intelligence-driven strategies, ensuring the quality and accuracy of outputs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on special projects. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with leadership capabilities to guide a team in transforming intelligence into actionable outcomes.

Requirements: • At least 6 years of proven experience in managing teams in a professional environment. • Deep, hands-on expertise in OSINT / WebInt methodologies across diverse environments. • Solid familiarity with the cyber and networking ecosystem. • Strong technological orientation and comfort working with advanced tools and platforms. • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex information effectively. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Fluency in English- a must.
