We are looking for an Operational Intelligence Analyst Team Lead who will be a member of the Business Operations group. The Operational Intelligence Analyst Team is responsible for delivering intelligence that strengthens the company’s operational infrastructure.

This role involves leading intelligence-driven strategies, ensuring the quality and accuracy of outputs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on special projects. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with leadership capabilities to guide a team in transforming intelligence into actionable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of operational intelligence analysts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Ensure the team delivers high-quality, actionable insights by maintaining rigorous processes:

• Initiating, managing, and executing research projects end-to-end, while taking full ownership of the process from identifying internal operational needs to producing meaningful outcomes.

• Defining research methodologies that support deep, structured investigation and enable the generation of accurate, actionable insights.

• Working across varied technological and intelligence domains, engaging with multidisciplinary environments and conducting research that touches diverse operational contexts.

• Conducting deep-dive investigations with practical, real-world impact.

• Operating in a hands-on, fast-paced environment that requires strong attention to detail, independent thinking, and a creative approach to solving complex problems

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of proven experience in managing teams in a professional environment.

• Deep, hands-on expertise in OSINT / WebInt methodologies across diverse environments.

• Solid familiarity with the cyber and networking ecosystem.

• Strong technological orientation and comfort working with advanced tools and platforms.

• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex information effectively.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Fluency in English- a must.
