Operations Manager

Role Description The Operations Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tel-Aviv. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, including inventory management, order processing, and coordination with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of products. The Operations Manager will manage relationships with clubs, retailers, and resellers, support project execution for padel court installations, and ensure adherence to quality, service, and brand standards. The role includes optimizing operational processes, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating with sales and management teams to align operations with commercial objectives. The Operations Manager will also supervise operational staff, handle issue resolution, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong operational management skills, including experience in logistics coordination, supply chain processes, and inventory control.

• Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, from planning and scheduling to on-site execution and stakeholder communication.

• Experience working with distributors, retailers, or sports-related businesses, ideally involving import/export or international brands.

• Solid analytical and organizational skills, with proficiency in using CRM systems, ERP tools, and office productivity software.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.

• Proven capability to lead and supervise staff, delegate tasks, and maintain a high level of performance and accountability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field; relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

• Fluency in English ; additional languages such as french related to international markets are an advantage.

• Knowledge of or interest in the sports industry, particularly racket sports or padel, is highly beneficial.

• Ability to work on-site in Madrid and occasionally travel for project and partner visits as required.
