About the Role

M.D. Mechanical Devices is looking for an analytical, decisive, and results-driven Operations & Process Controller to take ownership of organizational process control, team efficiency, and operational execution.

Unlike traditional plant production management, this role focuses on driving back-office efficiency, customer success, applications workflows, and cross-departmental coordination. You will act as an authoritative operational pillar—identifying bottlenecks, enforcing accountability and reducing backlogs.

Key Responsibilities

• Process & Workflow Control: Monitor, structure, and enforce daily operational processes across Customer Success, Technical Support and Production interface.

• Backlog & SLA Management: Directly tackle and resolve backlogs (e.g., service calls, ticket resolution delays, debt collection follow-ups, and price quotation pipelines).

• Cross-Departmental Alignment: Bridge communication gaps between Sales, Production, Engineering, and Logistics to prevent project delays and ensure timely client deliverables.

• Performance Tracking & KPIs: Establish operational benchmarks, build KPI system, monitor team output, and report operational risks.

• Problem Solving & Escalation: Act as the primary operational authority to push stagnant tasks forward without requiring micro-management from C-level executives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: B.A. in Economics / Finance or B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management (תעשייה וניהול) — Must.

• Experience: 3+ years in process control, operational management, or analytical process optimization within a tech/manufacturing/B2B environment.

• Operational Authority: Strong leadership presence, confidence to drive accountability across flat teams, and an assertive, results-focused mindset.

• Analytical Skills: High data literacy; experience working with CRM/ERP systems and complex data analysis (Excel proficiency required).

• Language Proficiency:

• High-level / Fluent English (written & spoken) for international alignment — Must
