Operations Specialist

Xtra-mile, a leading global B2B marketing agency, is looking for an Operations Specialist for a full-time role supporting the Operations and Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Project operations and training

• Collections

• IT and computer support coordination with an external vendor

• Onboarding and training new employees on company systems

• Day-to-day operations and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to multitask effectively and work independently

• Willingness to learn and adapt to various systems

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service orientation

• Good level of English
