Organizational Security Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Organizational Security Manager to lead the company’s physical security, security awareness initiatives, and security-related projects. This role requires strong ownership, cross-functional leadership, operational execution, and a technology-oriented mindset.

Requirements: • 5+ years of experience leading or managing projects in information security, corporate security, physical security, or similar domains. • Must have prior experience working in a high-tech company or technology-driven environment. • Strong technology orientation, preferably with cybersecurity knowledge or experience. • High level of independence, ownership, matrix leadership, and hands-on execution. • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
