Payroll Systems & Infrastructure Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop an in-depth understanding of payroll regulations and policies.

• Define and characterize technological payroll interfaces with external stakeholders, including regulatory and other relevant entities.

• Collaborate with payroll professionals to gather information and design and structure effective work processes.

• Ensure technological solutions are aligned with regulatory requirements across relevant domains.

• Conduct testing throughout the requirements definition, implementation, and deployment stages, and identify and recommend necessary improvements to payroll systems.

• Identify, investigate, and analyze potential issues and process gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Economics or Business Administration.

• 3+ years of experience in payroll-related fields.

• Familiarity with SAP HR and MALAM Payroll systems.

• Graduate of a certified Payroll Accountant course. Candidates without this certification will be required to complete the course during their first year in the role.

• Experience in managing and developing integrated processes between systems and/or a degree in a technological field – an advantage.
