PC technician

A leading company in the defense industry is looking for a PC Support Specialist to provide technical support to users and workstations in a professional and dynamic organizational environment.

What does the role include?

• Handling technical issues received from the support center.

• Providing ongoing support to users and workstations.

• Installing, preparing, and configuring computers.

• Replacing and relocating computers and technological equipment.

• Installing peripheral equipment and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

• Working directly with internal users while providing professional and high-quality service.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in PC / IT Support.

• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

• Experience installing computers and peripheral equipment.

• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems.

• Familiarity with Active Directory - an advantage.

• Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a multitasking environment.
