Performance Marketing Manager

Oak & Luna, a global D2C jewelry brand under Tenengroup, is looking for a data-driven Performance Campaign Manager to own and scale our paid social performance. This role is central to driving revenue growth through smart, creative-informed campaign management and relentless optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of Meta campaigns - our largest and most strategic paid channel

• Manage and optimize additional paid social activity across platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, and Taboola

• Run structured A/B tests, analyze performance data, and translate findings into clear, actionable reports

• Continuously test new targeting approaches, audiences, and creative formats to identify what drives growth

• Identify and pursue new growth opportunities across existing and emerging platforms

• Partner closely with creative, retention, and site teams to align campaigns with landing pages and overall user experience

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads ; experience with additional platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, Taboola) is an advantage

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset; proficiency in Excel and comfort using AI tools in daily work

• BA/BS in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field

• Independent, highly motivated, and results-oriented

• Fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Strong written English
