Planner

• Managing and optimizing supply chain processes. Ensuring efficient inventory management, while meeting customer requirements.

• Managing global inventory levels for our warehouses abroad

• Running periodic MRP to make sure safety stock are met

• Managing main suppliers production planning – Prioritizing production based on demand, material availability, and customer orders.

• Monthly parts cost control

• Creating monthly inventory reports for top management

• Managing periodic inventory counts in all our warehouses locally and globally

• Data Analysis & Forecasting – Utilizing ERP systems and Excel to predict demand and improve operational efficiency.

• Cross-Department Coordination – Collaborating closely with production, procurement, logistics, Sales operation and customer service teams.

Required Skills • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent – must (also relevant for last year students)

• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency – must (will be tested)

• 2+ years’ experience as a planner in an industrial company – advantage

• High level of English, spoken and written.

• ERP experience – Priority an advantage
