Planner

DRS RADA is a global pioneer of RADAR systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection and border surveillance. We are seeking an experienced Planner to join our dynamic Project Management team in the production department. Responsibilities: • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring production-related projects. • Analyze workflows and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity. • Support cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements and solutions. • Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation. • Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and problem-solving.

Requirements: Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. • 0-2 years of experience in project management, production, or a similar role (internships included). • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of project management systems is a plus. • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and growth.
