Planning & Control Engineer

About the Role

Lahav, part of the Aviation Group, is looking for a Planning & Control Engineer to manage complex work plans, project budgets, performance tracking, and operational data. The role involves cross-functional, matrix-based collaboration with Production, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Project Management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex work plans involving multiple constraints and resources

• Manage project budgets and analyze performance against business targets

• Collaborate in a matrix structure with Production, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Project Management teams

• Collect, organize, and analyze data and flag deviations and risks to management

• Prepare status reports, workload reports, risk management reports, and KPI reporting for customers and management

• Implement information systems and improve work processes across the plant

• Work under the Planning & Control Department Manager while collaborating with managers across the plant

Requirements

Mandatory:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, or Logistics

• At least 2 years of experience in Planning & Control, Project Management, or Production Planning and Control (PPC)

• High level of English

Advantages:

• Master's degree

• Experience with MS Project

• Knowledge of SAP PP, PS, MM, and CO modules
