Planning & Licensing Manager – Urban Renewal | Ra’anana

A leading real estate company in Ra’anana is looking for an experienced Planning & Licensing Manager to establish and lead an in-house planning and licensing function.

The role covers urban renewal projects from feasibility and deal assessment, through planning and licensing, to execution readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and licensing processes, including work plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Manage interfaces with architects, consultants, municipalities, licensing authorities, and internal teams.

• Conduct feasibility assessments, including analysis of planning rights, Statutory Planning Schemes (TABA), information files, and planning alternatives.

• Monitor consultants’ budgets, processes, and project progress, identifying potential obstacles.

• Coordinate the transition from permitting to execution and ensure planning feasibility on site.

Requirements:

• Architect or Architectural Practical Engineer – mandatory.

• 5+ years of experience in planning, licensing, or planning coordination within urban renewal projects – mandatory.

• Proven experience working with planning committees, licensing departments, architects, and consultants.

• Strong knowledge of planning rights, Statutory Planning Schemes (TABA), information files, and permitting processes.

• Strong organizational, coordination, and project management skills.
